dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to describe the teacher to media-based Contextual Teaching and learning, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of teachers and students in learning, the opinions of teachers and students using instructional media in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 1 Sembungan Boyolali. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study subjects are classroom teachers and students. Sampling using purposive sample. The research instrument through observation sheet, interview, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) media-based contextual teaching and learning in accordance with the characteristics of the material and characteristics of students (2) obstacle to teachers’ use of media-based contextual teaching and learning is the limited ability of teachers to make instructional media and time makes learning media (3) factors supporting teachers in using media-based contextual teaching and learning is the lack of instructional media for teaching material natural appearance. For that teachers need to develop a more innovative learning media.id_ID
