dc.description.abstractMasa pandemi menghadirkan suatu kondisi pelayanannya sendiri, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan serah terima antar shift. Serah terima antar shift yang kurang baik berpotensi menganggu pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat serta munculnya insiden keselamatan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan serah terima antar shift dengan pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan analitic-correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik non probality sampling dengan convinience didapatkan sampel sebanyak 152 sampel. Kuesioner yang digunakan merupakan kuesioner elektronik dengan instrument variabel serah terima antar shift r hitung > 0,381 dan instrument variabel pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat dengan r hitung > 0,322. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan yang bermakna antara serah terima antar shift dengan pengelolaan pemberian obat oleh perawat. Faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan adalah pendidikan terakhir dan komunikasi yang obyektif antar perawat. Stategi yang dapat dilakukan manajer keperawatan dimasa pandemi adalah dengan mengoptimalkan meotede supervisi dan penyusunan manejemen risiko untuk mengatasi potensi masalah keselamatan pasien.id_ID
