Region is a result of complex interactions that involve not only the physical elements such as the hydrosphere, atmosphere, lithosphere and biosphere, but also involves the human element (antroposfer). Due to the complexity of the geographical processes that occur in a region so often difficult to manage them. Area is a landscape in which the interwoven interactions between components that can be described spatially. The interactions that occur in them can be described in terms of modeling. Therefore, modeling the interaction region which can facilitate spatially represented in the management area because every element of which there can know their respective roles in determining the quality of regional development. Modeling the spatial area and integrated with the provisions made by the stakeholders (pemeritah) will be able to give a decision on any problem areas that occur quickly, especially if the information is displayed in interface are easily and quickly accessed by decision makers and other users for study purposes. Appearance of a web-based spatial model that is integrated with the database that contains all the elements of the region and the policies followed by these formulas to model the interaction between the components diharapan region can provide solutions to difficulties managing the complex region. The purpose of this research is to develop technology-based model of territory management and spatial information integrated with government policy. Based on various studies show that the utilization of Geographic Information System is very appropriate for such purposes and to produce a comprehensive application for managing the territory and natural resources.en_US
