dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Subjek yang dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap (dosen dan administrasi) pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, yang berusia 20-50 tahun, baik berjenis kelamin pria maupun wanita, secara random sampling berjumlah 300 orang. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah hipotesis mayor yaitu ada hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang bekerja pada amal usaha Muhammadiyah di bidang pendidikan tinggi, sedang hipotesis minor yang diuji adalah (1) ada hubungan positif antara komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang bekerja pada amal usaha Muhammadiyah di bidang pendidikan tinggi; (2) ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang bekerja pada amal usaha Muhammadiyah di bidang pendidikan tinggi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan hipotesis mayor dan minor diterima.en_US
