dc.description.abstracte-banking as a part of e-lifestyle has become service that cannot be denied. It is also supported by the growth of bank services that emergence self-service technologies (SSTs). Most of e-banking research in relation to SSTs focused on corporation aspect, customer, and in a development country. Worker and customer preference is important for the application of this technology. However, the important note about this matter is value benefits for the banks and customer but the main aspect is the security guarantee for each transactions.en_US
