Brain Gym is series of funny and simple movements used by students to enhance their learning
abilities by utilizing the whole function of brain. Brain Gym movements are made to stimulate or to
relax the students who are involved in a particular learning situation. The benefit of Brain Gym
movements are to reduce stress, to enhance cognitive abilities (alertness, concentration, speed,
perception, learning, memory, and creativity, problems solving), to improve the human
relationship, to improve the atmosphere of learning or working to be more-relaxed and to improve
the study and work achievements.
