Adolescent sexual behavior shows that the trend will concerned, found that 5% of teenage
boys and 1% of women said they had sexual intercourse. This study is an observational study with
cross-sectional approach. The study population was a teenager SMAN, SMAN 2, SMAN 6, SMAN
Batik 2 and SMA residents. The sampling technique used is the Simple random sampling number of
14. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge, information sources, understanding of
the religion, and family roles to premarital sexual behavior in adolescents from high school in Surakarta.
Statistical analysis used in this study were chi square statistic (X2) with á = 0.05 level of confidence.
Based on the results of this study can be seen that there is a relationship between knowledge (p =
0.022), an understanding of religion (p = 0.002), sources of information (p = 0.022) and family roles
(0.000) against premarital sex perikau teenage high school in Surakarta.
