dc.description.abstractPenelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi fenomena proses pencapaian kemampuan literasi dasar pada anak prasekolah dan menganalisis secara kontekstual bagaimana faktor-faktor penting dalam keluarga (penggunaan multimedia, rutinitas keluarga, dan keyakinan orangtua serta aktivitas literasi orangtua-anak) mendukung proses tersebut. Dengan eksplorasi ini maka target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah diperoleh data deskriptif dari proses pencapaian kemampuan literasi dasar. Data deskriptif diperlukan untuk memotret pola/cara bagaimana keluarga Indonesia merangsang kemampuan literasi dasar anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipilih adalah observasi terhadap anak dan wawancara terhadap orangtua dengan total informan 15 (5 ayah, 5 ibu, 5 anak). Tahapan penelitian mencakup a) pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara, b) mengorganisasikan data untuk dianalisis, c) mengkategorikan tema, d) mengaitkan antar tema, e) menginterpretasikan tema dan saling keterkaitannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tema-tema dari lapangan yang akan dijadikan sebagai indikator-indikator alat ukur dari 5 variabel: kemampuan literasi dasar, penggunaan multimedia, rutinitas keluarga, dan keyakinan orangtua serta aktivitas literasi orangtua-anak. Kemudian indikator-indikator variabel ini telah dbuat menjadi alat ukur/instrument pengukuran dan telah diujicobakan sehingga menghasilkan alat ukur yang valid dan reliabel dari 5 variabel.in_ID
