dc.description.abstractThis research investigates the influence of objective career in women on the level of work-family conflict. The subjects of the research comprise of 51 women, both lecturers and administrators of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The data were collected through interview and questionare. And the data analysis was regression with dummy variable. The result shows that objectives career doesnot influence the level of work-family conflict.en_US
