dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to find out determine the effect of variable working hours, target sales, education, experience, discipline and type of employees partially on the wages of employees at PT. Nusantara Indah Makmur Solo, and also to determine the effect of variable working hours, target sales, education, experience, discipline and type of employees simultaneously on the wages of employees at PT. Nusantara Indah Makmur Solo,The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. Research sites at PT. Nusantara Indah Makmur Solo. Number of sales employee used in this study is 82 people. All of them are respondent of this research. The data Analysed by multiple linear dummy regression analysis.The results can be summarized as follows:in_ID
