Pencapaian Standar Pelayanan Gawat Darurat di RSU Habibullah Berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit Tahun 2014
Abstract
This research aims to know the level of inpatient standard service in Habiullah General Hospital (RSHBL) 2014, based on the Indonesia health ministry regulation No: 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 about the Minimum Service Standard Hospital and Indonesia Health Ministry Regulation No:
340/MENKES/PER/III/2010 about Hospital Classification. This research was case study. The data was the secondary data of General Hospita Habibullah 2014.
The result was the service in emergency ward of Habibullah General Hospital has been based on
the health ministr regulation. Two indicators which is based on Indonesia Health Ministry Regulation No: 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 about the Hospital minimal service standard, there are six indicators that has not been based on regulation, they are the competence in live saving 99,8%, certificated of emergency for medical professionals 67%, disaster management team, time perceptive, client satisfying, 69,5%, total of died patient < 24 hours 0,003.
The conclusion is emergency service in General Hospital Habibullah in Grobogan still need the increasement based on the stadard by to government.
