dc.description.abstractAbstract: The research is meant to know direct effect of exogen variable to endogen variable. Exogens variable are infrastructures, transformational leader, a lecturer services a student’s satisfaction. The lecturers as exogen variables influence student’s satisfaction and as endogen infrastructures and transformational leader influence variables. The subject of research conducted to students for all programs in old semester. Student’s scholar degree (S1). The samples are 225 students. The result of study: (1) An infrastructure has a significant direct of lectures treatment. (2) The transformational leadership has not has a significant direct of students’ satisfaction (3) The lectures treatment have a significant direct effect of students’ satisfaction. (4) An infrastructure and transformational leadership have a significant cannot direct effect of to students’ satisfaction by treating lecture. It is in accordance with the program, which needs more practice in the real field. (5) The most significant infrastructure effects satisfaction, it is suitable with study program that has more practices and applications in the field. (6) The transformational leadership has the lowest significant effect to students’ satisfaction. It does not have an effect of student’s satisfaction and it is accordance with the leadership aspect in the high education of FKIP Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta of who leader are called a leader.en_US
