The objectives are 1) to produce the form of teaching learning process of sport and health education that is presented according to thematic teaching, 2) to know the implementation of thematic teaching of sport and health education that is presented according to thematic teaching. The research design used R&D (Research and Development). The technique of collecting the data used the guideleness of observation and questionnaire and descriptive statistics then converting to qualitative data. The subject was the 4th grade students in the 29 Elementary School in Pekalongan. The results are; 1 themes median i.e. 81% "B" theme 2, an average of 84% "B", theme 3 average 86%="B", theme 4 on average 85%="B", theme 5 average 92%= "A", theme 6 is an average of 89%="B" theme 7, an average of 94%="A"theme 8, an average of 97%="A", theme 9 on average 95%="A". These results can be interpreted as the product of the thematic learning and it can be applied in thematic teaching learning. This research concludes that Developing Thematic Material of Sport and Health Education for Fourth Grade’ Students of Elementary School in Pekalongan is effective. It is recommended for sport and health teachers as description and references to teach.
