| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research are to study the management of region finances in the
pre and post of region autonomy, to study the effect to the application of region autonomy
toward the economy of employment system in Riau Province. The data analyses is used cover
of the financial ratio analysis to know the level of independent, effectiveness, efficiency,
activity and Debt Service Coverage Ratio each the budget year. The model of econometric is
used as the basic for the analysis of spending data and the government revenue toward PDRB
and LPE. The result of this research shows the financial management happened changing from
the new era to the reformation era nevertheless include to the regulation level, but in the
operational regulation, the management is not happened changing yet. The evaluation of
employment system is still increased with improve the indicator of finances employment
system firstly look like the ratio of region finances. The analysis uses the econometric model
that is got the government budget in agricultural, PAD, taxation that has effect toward
