Pengaruh Sikap dan Kompetensi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Kota Sukabumi
Abstract
The research aims to find out attitude influence and competence toward public Poli disease service quality in RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Hospital Sukabumi municipality. Research type uses explanatory method with quantitative approach. The data used were primer and seconder data with data collection technique uses questioner and observation. The population were employee and patient as many as 120 person by using sampling technique of non-probability sample so that the sample were 30 employees. Analysis method was begun by validity test, reliability, normality, and hypothesis test uses regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient determination. The research result shows partially that attitude has positive influence to public service and competence has also positive influence to public service quality therefore attitude and competence have influence toward public Poli disease service quality in RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Hospital Sukabumi municipality.
