    Abstract
    This community services activity is motivated by the importance of stimulation efforts and optimization of child development so UPI Serang Campus initiated the establishment of Child Education and Recreation Center named "Kidsera" whose main purpose is to facilitate the growth of children through the service package program offered. One of the programs in it is parenting seminars and training for teachers and parents to be able to provide effective stimulations to trigger the child's optimal development in all physical and psychological aspects. However, it is unfortunate not many people who take advantage of this service to the maximum due to lack of information and many are hesitant about this program. Therefore, through this activity is expected to kindergarten teachers and early childhood can be an agent to convey information and material contained in parenting seminars and training in Education Center Children UPI Campus Serang to parents. Thus, the target audience in this activity is the teacher Tk and PAUD in Serang sub-district. Community-based devotional activities in the field of science education, produce the following points: (1) formulation of parenting training programs for optimizing child growth; and (2) guidance of children education center program activities especially for parenting / parenting training activities for parents, teachers of kindergartners, and other interested parties. (3) the publication of scientific articles related tovarious educational activities that parents can do to facilitate the learning process and child development in every aspect (physical, motor, cognitive, emotional, moral and spiritual), which will be published in national scientific journals.
