    Abstract
    Cervical cancer is a gynecology disease and primarily cause of women death. Condition of cancer handling can cause physical and psychological impact. Physical impact such as weight loss, loss of appetie for good, queasy and vomit feeling, hair loss, paintfulness, hemorrhaging and anemia. While psychological reaction of cervical cancer client is going to get behavioral pattern differences such as despair, unusefulness, acceptance and rationality. Objective of this research is to describe client who gets cervical cancer based on her physical and psychological aspects. Type of this research is descriptive reseach. It uses survey research model which describes facts and characteristics of physical and psychological impact to ward cervical cancer client systematically dan accurately. Techniqeu of collection data is purposive sampling by choosing an individual who fulfill inclusion criteria. It means a client who gets Iib stadium cervical cancer. Reseach finding of physical changing cover weight loss, loss of appetite for food, queasy and vomit feeling, hair loss, painfulness, anemia, and hemorrhaging. Physical changing is the general effect of cervical cancer disease. More over, there is a side effect of chemotherapy process such as kakheksia cancer, malnutrition, and metabolism changing. Psychologically, cervical cancer clients who get chemotherapy are feel dispair, affraid of death and changing of role.
