Faktor – Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Sikap Merokok pada Remaja di Desa Karang Tengah Kecamatan Sragen

Abstract

Smoking habit is very bothers health, both for smoker and people who near with smoker. Cigarette in Indonesia had became a national problem, it cause concerning various health areas. Smoking prevalence at adolescent generally had happened at urban area, but its now had entered at village area, one of them at Karang Tengah village, sub district Sragen. It earlier, adolescent did not smoke, but it now, there were so familiar with cigarette and aroma tobacco. The objective research was to know factors related to attitudes smoker of adolescent in Karang Tengah Village of District Sragen This research was quantitative research, descriptive research design with cross sectional correlative. Population of adolescent in Karang Tengah Village counted 346 boys and 426 girls. sample was all young boys who smoke in 3 location. Taking sample was used cluster sampling, into inclusion criteria was obtained a sample of 100 boys respondents as a smokers. Instrument was a questionnaire. Results showed that personality factors had related with smoking attitudes of adolescent in Karang Tengah Village of District Sragen with  = 33,875 and p= 0.001 (p<0,05). Factor friend influence factors had related with smoker attitudes of adolescent in Karang Tengah Village of District Sragen with  = 51,142 and p = 0.001 (p<0,05). Factors parents influence factors had related with smoker attitudes of adolescent in Karang Tengah Village of District Sragen with  = 23,323 and p =0.001. Factors cigarette advertising factors had related with smoker attitudes of adolescent in Karang Tengah Village of District Sragen with  =14,564 p = 0.006 (p<0,05).
