Abstract

Different non-governmental organizations as well as environment organizations could apply a participatory approach to community empowerment through different strategies, such as training, discussion, advocacy and assistance in dealing with environmental conflicts. In order to support the community towards civil society, the community should have the greater access to the legal reform.
