FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERILAKU KEPATUHAN PERAWAT DALAM PENCEGAHAN INFEKSI LUKA OPERASI DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD DR. MOEWARDI SURAKARTA

Abstract

Background of research fact of phenomenon shows that infection post operation still not optimal yet. This fact show with the number of infection operate that still high 13,2 %. The goal of this research is to known factors that related with nurse behavior in prevention of operation hurt implication. Place of research in public hospital Dr. Moewardi of Surakarta Mawar barn I, II, III and Cendana barn I, II, III. Total of the sample are 45 nurse responder taken with non probability purposive sampling method. The Methode of research is quantitative non experimental research with correlation design using questioner. Before conducted validity test and reliability test using product moment method. The result of statistic test using chi-square test in degree of trust 95 ( a = 0,05). Research result obtained that nurse who has high motivation which have obedient behavior are 82,6 %, nurse who has good attitude obedient 84,0 %, dan nurse who care in obedient behavior are 82,6 %. The conclusion of this result shows that there are have significant correlation between motivation, attitude, caring with nurse obedient behavior in prevention of operation hurt infection, and there aren’t correlations between age, gender, year of service with nurse obedient behavior.
