Analisis Pertumbuhan Industri Tekstil dan Produk Tekstil di Berbagai Provinsi di Pulau Jawa

Abstract

The objective of this research is forming the industrial growth accounting for textile and textile industries in Java province and to estimate the total factor productivity. The expectation is to support its development as the leading industry into structural transformation level. Fixed effect panel data regression equation is employed to model the industrial growth accounting. The data is since 2001until 2011 and the industries are textile and textile product industries in Java Island. The result shows that the fixed effect with specification panel data regression equation can be used as the industrial growth accounting equation model. The result also shows that industries are not benefited from their total factor productivities that indicating the industries do not have a commitment to the technological progress
