    Abstract
    This type offinancing publichealth services including, health insurance, Jamkesmas, private insurance. Health problems found in many healthcare facilities including hygiene of health care facilities.State of the facilitiesare dirty, smelly, no water, no trash and so forth.This study aims to determine the relationship between the type of financing with patient satisfaction in inpatient sanitation services in Class III PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong.This study is asurvey researchwith this type of research is analytical, crosssectional approach. The populationin this study wereall patients and families of inpatients or Class III in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong by the method of purposive sampling in order to get the sample fo rthis study were 90 respondents. Statistical testsused inthis research usingchisquareanalysis.That many of the characteristics of respondents by age(age (26- 50years), by gender Women, according to recent educational SD, according to Farmer’s work and treated according to 2 days old. While respondents by type of financing is the most common 47 respondents. Majority of respondents satisfied with the sanitation service n patient ClassIII is 71.Results of bivariate analysis showed no association between the type of financingwith patientsatisfaction insanitation services(p =0.111).Patient satisfactionis not related to sanitation services by type of financing of the patient but there are still other factors such as gender, education, occupation, and income that may berelated to the satisfaction of hospital sanitation services.
