Analisis Operasional BPJS Kesehatan terhadap Prinsip Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

Health insurance program is a government program with the concept of mutual cooperation. The program has been holding since Januari 1 st 2014. BPJS Kesehatan as organizer have contributed to the passage of a national health insurance program. Although the concept for the common interest, there are things that the different views of the MUI and PBNU in BPJS Kesehatan operationalization of Islamic economics. In the registration process for member, BPJS Kesehatan has provided a clear registration scheme. The member of BPJS Kesehatan also get the socialization and education on JKN’s program, procedures for registration and service procedures. BPJS Kesehatan in accordance with Islamic economics although there are some things that need to be followed up.
