    Abstract
Pavement recycling or RAP (Reclaimed asphalt pavement) one solution to overcome the problems of the road. The aim of research utilizing waste pavement and modified in order to improve the quality of RAP mixture to be used again. Laboratory test methods for material and aggregate new RAP. The study was conducted preparation of tools and materials, abrasion tests, density, gradation analysis, density analysis, test Dynamic Static immersion test and immersion test Examination using a CBR (California Bearing Ratio) and appliance UTM (Universal Testing Machine). Research made 24 test specimens. Research investigating the physical adhesion properties, the value of CBR and deformation resistance showed good physical adhesion value, bu the new aggregate value better than RAP material, as well as the value of CBR and deformation resistance. Results of static immersion test average of 98.48 RAP, new aggregate 99.87. RAP dynamic testing immersion test average of 97.36, a new aggregate 99.54. RAP test maximum density of 1.64 g / cm3, the optimum water content of 5.1%, the CBR value 32.06, the value of UTM = 33.50. The new aggregate density of 1.74 g / cm3, the optimum water content of 5.6%, the valu of CBR = 78.50 and the value of UTM = 59.96. RAP deformation testing tool CBR = 0.10 inches (650lb), new aggregate = 0.06 inches (1700lb). RAP deformation testing tool UTM = 0.27 inches (1200lb), new aggregate = 0.12 inches (940lb). research concluded RAP and aggregate new material has good adhesion values but RAP material bearing capacity and deformation values have low quality.
