    Abstract
Urea Rate Ratio ( URR) va lue serves a s an indicator of the success of the action hemodialysis. One way to increase the value of URR is exercise intradialisis. Exercise intradialisis is planned and gradua l form of exercise that includes various stages f lexibility exercises, strengthening exercises an d cardiovascular exercise performed du ring hemod ialysis in the first 1-2 hours of hemodialysis action. This study aims to determine the ef fectiveness of exercise intrad ialisis aga inst URR va lues in end stag e renal disease patients with hemodialysis. The stud y design used randomized control trial (RCT) using a pretest-po sttest design with contro l group. The samples in this s tudy using randomized consecutive sampling method using a randomized block allocation based on inclusion criteria. The sample size used in this stud y is as much as 2 6 respondents in the intervention group an d 25 respo ndents in the control grou p. These results indicate there is a diff erence in URR values in the intervention group and the control group (p value = 0.0001). The ph ysiological exercise Intrad ialisis changes resulting in blood f low in the vascular access to the hemodialysis machine increases so that urea clearance becomes more op timal. The stud y recommends exercise intradialisis to increase the value of URR in end stage renal disease patient.
