    Abstract
    Diarrhea among children was cause impaired skin integrity, it‟s called Incontinence Associated Dermatitis(IAD). Perianal care should be given to prevent and resolved IAD. The thesis aimed to know the impact of perianal care education among mother and the practice of perianal care and degree of Incontinence Associated Dermatitis among children with diarrhea. The study was employed quasi experiment design with pre test and post test nonequivalent control group approach. There are 60 participants that devided by two groups (30 intervention group, 30 control group). The results were showed there is a significant impact between health education and practice of perianal care in mother side (p=0,000), but in turn, there is no significant effect in degree of IAD (p=0,573). As a recommendation, the health provider should give support to motived perianal care practice appropriately among mother with children who has diarrhea and continue supervision.
