Penerapan Prinsip Politic Criminal Dalam Penanggulangan Pertambangan Ilegal Area Cimangkok Kabupaten Sukabumi

Abstract

Sukabumi has potential natural resources. Starting from the mountain, forest, fields, beaches and rivers (Gurilaps). One of the potential wealth of natural resources are supplying concrete sand mining infrastructure development activities in Jakarta. Of hundreds of hectares of the wealth of concrete sand that has been managed by the employer, it turns out mining activities and exploration of concrete sand has been violated environmental governance, ranging from environmental damage, pollution, does not have Amdal, UKL and UPL up the exploration process that endanger the public. The data presented is done by observation, interviews and legal literature search with the stakeholders, namely the local community, local government and entrepreneurs, using research methods Descriptive analysis. The research results revealed that the practice of concrete sand mining in the district Cimangkok, Sukabumi has violated the provisions of the legislation in the field of the environment, so that the mining should be carried undertakings fair law enforcement.
