Indonesia is a pluralistic country that consists of various
ethnicities, races, religions and cultures. These differences are often a
cause of conflict. Muhammadiyah is the largest Muslim movement in
Indonesia, the current postmodern era, the era in which a plurality of
an element that can not be denied. in addition to required recognition
that the reality of plurality was really there to avoid the attitude of
truth claim, Muhammadiyah should dare to take a serious attitude in
creating a harmonious society, full of tolerance and mutual respect.
So, Muhammadiyah is being able to be objective in it’s movement to all
circles, which in turn can reach Muhammadiyah goal.

Adolescence is a transition phase and looking for self-identity moment,
because at that time individuals experiencing physical and psychological
changes from a child becomes an adult. Their incompetency
to search for their identity took effect on adolescent delinquency. Therefore,
this study examines: the influence of spiritual intelligence against
juvenile delinquency. This examination belongs to the field research
using a psychological approach that aims to determine the influence of
spiritual intelligence against juvenile delinquency in the third grade of
Muhammadiyah junior high students Masaran, Sragen. It produced
the conclusion that spiritual intelligence has a strong negative influence
toward juvenile delinquency is received, means higher spiritual
intelligence in adolescents, the declining presence of juvenile delinquency.

Since the beginning of Muhammadiyah firmly positioned itself
as a movement of purification. Such movement patterns, making the
Muhammadiyah as if to have distance with the culture. Culture seemed
to be far from the values of Islam. Further, due to religion and culture
can not possibly synergistic.
To open the deadlock of this purification step movement, the
Muhammadiyah conduct internal criticism and self improvement.
Muhammadiyah conscious need to conduct a review of the notion of
culture that had been held. The realization is reflected by the scheduled
programming for discussion of cultural issues. Therefore this study
was confined to the period after the Aceh conference of 43rd in Aceh, so
that an item that will be presented in this study is the result of postconference
decision of Muhammadiyah.
An approach in this study is historical-philosophical. With the
approach and methods of analysis, this study seeks to analyze the cultural
view of Muhammadiyah of post-convention of 43rd in Aceh. Results
from the analysis of the research is done by revamping the concept
of Muhammadiyah about culture. and from the improvement of
this concept, the Muhammadiyah successfully determine a strategy to
open a dialogue by form of cultural approach. Subsequent analysis
concluded that with the view of this culture, Muhammadiyah seeks to
transform the culture in society toward a more Islamic life.

One of the largest religious organization in this nation, which still
exist till today one of them is the Muhammadiyah. Muhammadiyah
presence still exist till now due to it’s attention for the weak society,
including orphans, this study attempts to find religious understanding
about the views of the surrounding Muhammadiyah figures of Klaten
toward orphans. Using empirical and sociological approach, this research
produced the conclusion that, (a) the Muhammadiyah figures
of Klaten have the same view that maintenance of orphans is a mandatory
and an obligation. This orphan’s maintenance according to
some figures is ‘Wajib Aini, and according to some other “wajib
kiifayah”. The differnce of this view can be seen in two perspectives,
namely, normative and sociological perspective. Normative perspective,
this difference view occurs because the conditions which made
reference text teachings of Islam there are legal norms that are mujmal
(global) and specific character, so that is clearly not directed at a single
point of understanding. (B). The Muhammadiyah figures of Klaten have
two views on the form of compensation for the maintenance of orphans.
One Part views that the form of maintenance is done with the
model of orphan charity, but mostly view in the form of boarding management
in which care is managed and domiciled in a boarding. while
a small group view
