Today’s kids quality are the determinant of the quality of human resources in the future. Future human begins with the present coaching children. To prepare qualified human resources in the future, the children need to be prepared so that they can grow and develop within their capabilities. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of nutrition knowledge with gross motor development of toddler aged 24 until 59 months. This research is a survey analytical research with cross sectional approach. The samples were taken 50 mother and 52 children, with a quota sampling technique. Statistical test used is Chi square test. The results are the majority (36) mothers (69,2%) with enough level of knowledge, 16 toddlers (30,8%) had advance gross motor skills, 20 toddlers (38,5%) are normal. Of the 12 mothers (23,1%) with good knowledge, 7 toddlers (13,5%) had advance gross motor skills, 5 toddlers (9,6%) are normal. While the 4 mothers (7,7%) with poor level of knowledge, there was a toddler (1,9%) had advance gross motor skills, 3 toddlers (5,8%) are normal. It didn’t found in any toddlers with slow gross motor skills. From the Chi square test found that X2 = 0,931 and probability significance (p) = 0,335.The conclution is There was no relationship between maternal nutrition knowledge amd gross motor development of toddler aged 24 until 59 months.

Awareness of parents, especially mothers for exclusive breastfeeding was still low. Breastfeeding benefits for mothers and babies. Breastfeeding can prevent ovulation so used as a method of contraception. Based on the above background, the author is interested in conducting research with the aim to investigate the relationship between duration of exclusive breastfeeding with early menstruation in lactating mothers. This was an observational research with cross sectional analytic, conducted in posyandu-existing posyandu dikecamatan Jebres Surakarta, on 18 January -11 February 2004. The primary data drawn from interviews and direct measurement of the respondents are guided by questionnaires. Samples taken by purposive sampling, obtained 60 samples. Statistical test used is the Pearson product moment correlation using the formula calculation manually. From this study, a correlation coefficient of r count (0.257)> r table 0.05 (0.254) or p <0.05. Hence Ho is refused and H1 accepted. Then the conclusions of this study is that there is a significant relationship between duration of exclusive breastfeeding with early menstruation in lactating mothers.

The hepatitis C virus (HCV) p7 protein is known essential for virus infection and replication. It exhibits ion-channel activity reported to be specifically blocked by various compounds, making it an attractive drug target. However, at present only little is known about the underlying molecular mechanisms of HCV p7. To predict and more understanding the molecular pattern of HCV p7 we cloned the p7 gene of HCV isolated in Central of Java Indonesia. The sequence results were then aligned with all of HCV 1a p7 complete coding sequences reported in GenBank. In total, 591 sequences were retrieved and aligned by ClustalW. We revealed the nucleotide and amino acid sequence consensus of HCV p7 gene. Overall, only aa 5, 12, 30, 34, 42, 48, 52, 58, and 63 were not have any variation. Amino acid variations may have relevant changes of physicochemical properties so that influence the replication efficiency, therefore, the amino acid variations found in the present report need further study.

Cashew fruit (Anacardium occidentale L.) has been studied for its ability as anti inflammation. This research aimed to determine the effect of anti inflammation ethyl acetate extract of cashew fruit (Anacardium occidentale L.) on edema in sole foot of Wistar male rats compared with natrium diclofenac. This research was a laboratory experimental using quasi experimental method. Thirty rats (2-3 month) of 150-250 gr were used in this study and divided into 6 groups (5 rats each). The rats were fasted and drinks water was given ad libidium for 18 hours. Before rats were treated, the sole foot of rats were measured by pletismometer. After 1 hours, they were injected with karagenin 0,5% 0,5ml sub plantar pedis. The edema volume in sole foot were measured every 30 minute until 300 minute. This result can be seen at AUC (Area Under Curve) expressed as mean ± SEM, the AUC0-300 was calculated and analyzed by ANOVA and continued with LSD (Least Significant Difference). This result showed that the total Area Under Curve (AUC0-300) of edema volume was 130,5 ± 2,1805 in negative control (CMC), 65,55 ± 0,67101 in positive control (natrium diclofenac), 115,8 ± 1,53428 in ethyl acetate extract of cashew fruit doses I (EEA I) equivalent to 450mg/kg BW, 75,95 ± 0,89177 in EEA II (equivalent to 900mg/kg BW), 95,7 ± 1,15715 in EEA III (equivalent to 1,8g/kg BW), and 103,65 ± 1,58658 in EEA II + Na. The statistical analysis showed that the AUC0-300 of EEA I, EEA II, EEA II and EEA II + Na were significantly (p<0,05) lower than those of negative control. The percentage of anti-inflammatory ability (%DAI) were 49,77% in positive control, 11,25% in EEA I, 41,8% in EEA II, 26,66% in EEA II ang 25,94% in EEA II + Na.It was concluded that ethyl acetate extract of cashew fruit doses 450mg/kg BW, 900mg/kg BW, 1,8g/kg BW and 900mg/kg BW + Na doses 3,375mg/kg BW have the antiinflammatory effect on edema in sole foot of Wistar male rats induced by karagenin but those are still lower than natrium diclofenac.
