PENGARUH KARIR OBYEKTIF PADA WANITA TERHADAP KONFLIK KELUARGA-PEKERJAAN Kasus pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

This research due to test influence of objective career at woman toward level of work
family conflict. To answer research question, we investigate 51 both of woman lecturer and officer
that work in university of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, and comparing different career objective.
The one group was people that occupy leader in certain job and the other group was member of
certain departmen. To analyze research question, we use independent t test, and regrresion analysis
with dummy variable. The result suggested there are no impact of objective career toward level of
conflict. All of hyphotesis testing not confirm to the empirical data.

KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL DAN KEPUASAN KERJA: PENGUJIAN KETERKAITAN EQUITY THEORY DENGAN WORK OUTCOMES

The purpose of this study is to examine relationship between equity theory and work
outcomes in educational staff’s context. To operationalize these constructs, equity theory was
measured by three dimensions of organizational justice, namely procedural, interactional and
distributive justice, while organizational outcome was measured by job satisfaction. The result of
study shows that all dimensions of organizational justice have significant effect to job satisfaction.
Conclusion about relationship between equity theory and work outcomes and recommendations for
future research also discussed.

This study aims to analysis responses women workers in new retail presence in the city
of Semarang. The type of data used are primary data using questionnaire data collection method
that guided the interviews. As for the data analysis techniques, for the shopping habits of respondents
before the new modern retail, the response to the new modern retail 7P viewed from the side, so that
it could be concluded about the spending habits of behavior had changed after the new modern
retail. The conclusion of this study, only a few respondents who intend to move to new modern
retail, though seen some positive findings from both these retail. Suggestions provided, before
making a new retail, retail manager must select the consumer that will be addressed and also study
the characteristics of existing customers in the city of Semarang that retail businesses can survive
and become a favorite shopping place for consumers.

e-banking as a part of e-lifestyle has become service that cannot be denied. It is also
supported by the growth of bank services that emergence self-service technologies (SSTs). Most of
e-banking research in relation to SSTs focused on corporation aspect, customer, and in a development
country. Worker and customer preference is important for the application of this technology.
However, the important note about this matter is value benefits for the banks and customer but the
main aspect is the security guarantee for each transactions.
