This study aimed to describe the increase in communication through demonstration play props in simple language skills development in children kindergarten Pertiwi Kalikotes Klaten Regency second semester of academic year 2014/2015. Subject and source of research data as many as 21 students. Data collection method used observation, documentation, and testing. Analysis of data using critical and comparative analysis. Results of research and discussion were that the data obtained from precycle until the second cycle, obtained progress learning achievement of children in learning through demonstration using props, on precycle average of 72 and the first cycle by an average of 76.5 and the second cycle mean average of 84. It seems clear that an increase in the average value of precycle to the first cycle of 4.5 figure (6.3%), from the first cycle to the second cycle there is an increase of 7.5 numbers (9, 8%), from the second cycle precycle to an increase of 12 points (16.7%). The highest value precycle stage at 82 and 86 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 92. It is clear that from the stage of the first cycle precycle to an increase of 4 digits (4.9%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 6 figures ( 7%), and from the second cycle precycle to an increase of 10 points (12.2%). The lowest value obtained precycle stage at 66 and 70 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 76. It can be affirmed that the step of the first cycle precycle to an increase of 4 digits (6%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 6 figure (8.6%), and from the second cycle precycle to an increase of 10 points (15.2%). Percentage from precycle was obtained by 29% and the first cycle was obtained by 57% and the second cycle of 100%. It seems clear that the step of the first cycle precycle to an increase of 29%, from the first cycle to the second cycle there is an increase by 43%, and from the second cycle precycle to an increase of 71%. Thus, the learning achievement of children in learning through demonstration using props from the second cycle occurred precycle to a significant increase.

This research aimed to design a strategy to develop character learning mathematics
students that were
based on the values of Islam. This study were
in the frame of
research
and
development method
using
qualitative approach.
Subject of
this
research
was
the
first
year
of
undergraduate
students
of
mathematics
education
department
who
took
basic
mathematics courses. Mathematics learning strategies in developing th
character were
designed
in
three
stages
to
develop
students
character.
The
first
stage
was
the
inculcation.
At
this
stage, lecturer
facilitated
students with activities
that
were
able to raise awareness
of
the value of the character in learning. The second stage was Implementation where
the
lecturers
facilitated
student
learning activities that
fostered
character value. Activities
fostered
values characters implicitly include group discussion, problems solving, seeking
information from various sources, preparations reports, and presentations. The final stage
was
reflection, where the lecturer together with students did reflection on themselves and
on the values of the characters that had not been well grown in learning.
The results of
interview with students suggest that the use of learning strategies has a positive impact on
student character development.

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of: planning, implementation
and supervision of the production
unit based product
innovations developed in SMK
Negeri
7
Purworedjo.This
research
was
qualitative
by
ethnography
design.
The
research
was
was SMK 7 Purworedjo
focusing on innovation sanitary napkins that can be washed
and
reused
brand “Siklus”. Data collection was conducted in a natural setting and techniques
of data collection were
through
participant observation, in-depth interviews and
documentation.
Data analysis techniques were
done through
four phases namely data
collection,
data reduction,
data display and conclusion. The results
of the study are
(1)
Planning
UPJ (Unit Production
/ Services) consider factors: purpose, type of production,
targeting,
marketing, resources,
sharing, managing, availability of raw materials and
place of execution, (2) Implementation of UPJ includes : organizing, production, delivery
and implementation prakerin students, (3) Supervision UPJ includes: the quality of the
product by the management, administration by the principal, and students prakerin by
tutors. This study recommends that the product innovations of UPJ SMK 7 Purworedjo
are circulated out of the city.

This research aims to examine (1) the contribution level of leadership and
communication of school principal on the teachers’ performance through their motivation,
(2) the contribution
level of principal’s
leadership and
communication on teachers’
work
motivation, and (3) the contribution level of teachers’
work motivation on their
performance.
This research
uses
quantitative
approach.
Population
used
in
this research
was
taken from
elementary school teachers in UPT
Dinas Dikpora, Jebres
District, Surakarta:
from
the total number 762 teachers, 262 teachers were
selected as the samples.
The
data were
collected by using questionnaire.
Path data analysis technique used in this
research.
These are
the research
results.(1)There
is no any contribution of school principal’s
leadership and communication on the teachers’
performance through
their motivation,
with result
