Learning is very important for the students, the colourful of learning is absolutely depends on teachers. Whether the students will be motivated for learning actively or not, depends
on how much teachers used actively learning process in classroom. The usage of learning
Index Card Match strategy can motivate students’ study so that influence students’ participation
in IPS learning for increasing students’ study achievement.The research result from this classroom
action research showed that by using learning Index Card Match strategy can increase students’
study motivation with indicator the level students active participation in learning increased
and evaluation result of students can achieve the average of class KKM that is established,
(KKM = 63).

The aims of the research are to know: 1) The significant influence between leadership and workers’ job of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. 2) The significant influence between leadership and supervision of workers’ job of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. 3) Which variables between leadership and supervision at once that giving dominant influence towards workers’ job at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. The population of this Descriptive research is all of workers at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. It took
114 workers as a samples by using random sampling technique. Data collection used questionaere and will analyzed by using doubled regresi linie ,test F, test t, test R2, and relative and efektive contribution. Research conclusion, those are; 1)” There is significant leadership’ influence towards workers’ job can be received. It is based on doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji t) is known that thitung > ttabel, that is: 2,862> 2,000 and significance value < 0,05, that is:
0,001 wth efective contribution 25,34%. 2) “ There is significant influence towards workers’ job can be received. It is based on doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji t) is known that thitung > ttabel, that is 3,653 > 2,000 and significance value < 0,05, that is 0,000 with efective contribution 27,96%. 3) “ There is significant leadership’ influence and supervision at once towards workers’ job can be received. It is based on variation doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji F) is known that Fhitung > Ftabel,that is 11,914 > 3,150 and significance <
0,05, that is 0,000. 4) Test result of determination coefisient (R2) is 0,533 showed that the significance of leadership influence and job supervision at once towards workers’ job is 53,3%, while 46,7% the rest is influenced by another variable that has not investigated.

The aims of the research are: (1) to find out the structure of stock ownership at the public companies in Indonesia, (2) to analyze effects of stock ownership structure by insider ownership and institutional investor on debt policy and dividend policy at the public companies in Indonesia, (3) to obtain empirical evidences that control mechanism through stock ownership by the insider ownership and the institutional investor will decrease the problems of agency, which then minimizes the cost of agency,(4)to fain out simultaneous relation between the insider ownership, the institutional investor, the debt policy, and the dividend policy. The samples of the research which included 70 manufacturing companies registered at the Jakarta Stock Exchange. The samples were taken by using a purposive sampling technique. The hypotheses were then tested by means of a simultaneous analysis of Two Stage Least Square. The results of the research show that (1) the insider ownership has a significant effect on the debt policy and, there is a substitution or negative causal relation between the insider ownership and debt policy; (2) the institutional investor has a significant effect on the debt policy, and there is a substitution or negative causal relation between the institutional investor and the debt policy. (3)the institutional investor has a negative effect on the insider ownership, (4)the dividend policy does not have a significant effect on the institutional investor,
(5) there is a substitution relation between the debt policy and the dividend policy.

The aim of the research is to improve Accounting Education Department’s student self learning for
Tax Accounting lesson by using problem based learning method. The subject of this classroom
action research involved students of III a class Accounting Education Department in 2011/2012
academic year, who studies Tax accounting (36 students). Flow method design research from Kemmis
and Taggart by cycle model. Data collection used by observation technique, analysis procedure by
using interactive analysis model from Milles & Huberman. Based on the research result in reflection-
evaluation, can be concluded that: 1) by using the constructive procedure of problem based learning
method the self learning of Accounting Education Department’s student for Tax Accounting lesson
increased; 2) the function of teacher as facilitator, motivator, and learning source not as dictator of
learning; 3) class situation become more active-creative; 4) student can be active in learning, able to
do scheduled learning, have a high self confident, be critical in learning and have self enforcement.
This method will be more effective to improve students self learning if they are explained about problem
based learning, case study task can be solved in class, and reflection-evaluation in the end of session
must be provided by the teacher.
