This writing wanted to study about the position and function of forfeit goods in the
perception of Islam and perdata law that applicated in Indonesia. By using comparative
descriptive approach, can be found that the important things such as: first in Islam and
perdata law in Indonesia that forfeit goods (marhun) has status as quarantee goods above
agunan. Second, forfeit goods is understood as amanah/ trusty, that should be tahe care
of as it is. But in Islam law is written clearer; while in perdata law in Indonesia is only
reflected from the regulation and the system of operation.Third forfeit goods can be taken
the useful by both of the people, the giver and receiver on agreement and mutualism
together. Therefore, the application of forfeit syariah in Indonesia is in line with perdata
law in Indonesia, even to make stronger each other, both in maintenance/ amanah or to
realize living for helping each other. (ta’ awwun alal birri wa al taqwa).

Alquran and tafsir study in the beginning was destinated to add that faith and
knowledge of Moslem. By deeping Al-Quran and the meaning / tafsir Moslem to be
strong and obey to the Islamic teaching. Everything will be realized when someone believed
that Al-Quran is Allah statements lafadz and meaning.But in the development, there
was movement when then perception toward Al-Quran was changed. For example: when
someone asked the otentecity of Alquran as Allah statements, finally Al-Quran study
didn’t give meaning for the variegated for knowledge of someone. This writing tried to
trace back the deviation models in tafsir Al-Quran, mainly in hermeneutic application for
Al-Quran study.

Water is as one of crucial components in physical environment for living. Even
water is the main component for living. Islam’ appreciation toward water is amazing.
Therefore, it should be made Moslem more appreciate and to take care of the water
treatment, also carry out the water resources conservation. Because Islam is very close
with water mainly in cleaning and purifying for thaharah. Therefore to keep the existence
of the water is badly needed, but more important from that is how to create ecology
spiritual in each individual to be wiser and more careful in water usage and treatment of
natural environment

The paper demonstrate economic decline in Kerinci Hilir since early 1990 until now.
This decline impacted on all social ascepct, included religious behavior. Actually first current
of Islam entered this region is mysticism. This current accommodated magical practice that
dominant before. In the third decade of 19-rd century modernist movement enter this region
as the effect of economic prosperous. This movement faded the mysticism and the magic
under the hegemony of the sharia during five decades later. On 1990s economic decline
happened in Kerinci Hilir. Together with urbanization and decrease of local ulama, the decline
faded the sharia and sturded the magic in Kerinci Hilir. Why economic decline occur, how the
magical practices are defined by the Moslem community: what are the equal and the different
of magical practice now and 50 years ago in Kerinci Hilir, are same interested next question.
