Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career motivation, economic motivation, motivation quality of interest to follow the accounting profession education. The sampling technique used in this study is the convenience sampling with the number of samples of 69 accounting students in UNISBANK and STIE YKPN. Data analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that career motivation and economic motivation have a significant influence on student interest to follow Accounting Profession Edu cation (PPAk). While the motivation of quality has a significant influence on student interest to follow Accounting Profession Education (PPAk).
