Pengaruh Motivasi Kualitas, Motivasi Karir Dan Motivasi Ekonomi Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAk): (Studi Empiris Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Diponegoro Semarang dan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality motivation, career motivation and economic motivation in the interest of students to follow the Education of Accounting Profession (PPAk). The study sample consisted of 44 students at University of Diponegoro (UNDIP)and University of Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The data collection method used through questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis to see the goodness of fit the statistical value F, t statistics, and the coefficient determi nation. Based on the analysis, quality motivation influences on students interest to follow PPAk, career motivation doesn’t influence in the interest of students to follow PPAk and economic motivation doesn’t influence in the interest of students to follow PPAk.
