Pengelolaan Aset Desa Untuk Mewujudkan Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas

Abstract

The study aims to described the management of village assets, explore the problems experienced and find solutions to realize the principles of transparency and accountability. Research object in Janti Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency with village head informant and village apparatus. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and analyzed using qualitative analysis tools. The results show that the management of village assets has been referred to Permendagri No.1/2016. The problems faced by the absence of special affairs heads to deal with village assets, the absence of village regulations governing the management of village assets and rental rates of assets, assets in the development process, depreciation, damaged assets, have not prepared a wealth report at the end of each year. The solution needs to be made village regulations on asset management, depreciation rates and guidance as well as lifting asset assets. To realize the principle of accountability and transparency an inventory of assets and wealth reports should be prepared. Education, training and technical guidance are still needed for village apparatus especially asset managers.
