Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Informasi, dan Keamanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Melalui E-Commerce (Studi Empiris pada Konsumen E-commerce di Kota Surakarta)
Abstract
This problem is motivated by the problem of the desire to transact online through e-commerce,
which usually often occurs other frauds. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of price,
information quality and security on product purchase decisions through e-commerce in Surakarta
City. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study were 130
respondents. The sample collection technique uses accidental sampling and data collection using
an online questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by F
test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). The calculation process uses SPSS 21.0. The results of the
study show that in the F test the regression found that all independent variables include price,
information quality, and security simultaneously influence the product purchase decisions through
e-commerce. Whereas for the partial T test the influential variables are price, and security for
product purchasing decisions through e-commerce, while for information quality variables partially
does not affect the product purchase decisions through e-commerce. The most influential factor for
product purchasing decisions through e-commerce is security.
