dc.description.abstract | Target of this activity are ( a) draw up the practical ability learn in
practicing on or experiencing of by self activity of compilation of the
classroom action research; ( b) evaluate the a success result proposal
compiled by teacher; ( c) give the feed back to proposal compiled by teacher;
and ( d) give the lecturer colleagues, which can be invited the collaborating
in executing research of class action. object of activity Target [is] teacher
amount to 30 people and student 10 people. Every study area deputized
by 4 teacher people. Learn after following activity expected to overspread
the information in forum of MGMP of study area. Student selected [by]
student of activist organization expected will key up activity [in]
organization of[is each. This activity [is] executed in the form of direct
practice [of] making proposal and continued with the evaluation.the
following Node: First, this devotion activity participant can obtained;
get the practical experience in compiling proposal. [Both/ second], program
of training of compilation proposal to schoolteacher can add the skill of
teacher research. Third, this program can become the documentation
materials to all problem faced by teacher [in] class. Fourth, this program
become the first experience to teacher in compiling proposal of research
of class action. Fifth, have been intertwined [by] a erudite communications
[among/between] participant (teacher and student) with the this lecturer
