Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi dalam Pemilihan Karir Akuntan Publik

Abstract

This study aims to test the financial rewards, professional training, professional recognition, market considerations, friends and family on tthe career selection of Public Accountants. The object of this research is IAIN syariah accounting student Surakarta.The sample method is done by random sampling. The students sharia accounting of IAIN students samples of this research is 90 students. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that financial rewards, professional recognition, market considerations have no significant effect on the selection of public accounting careers. professional training andFriends and Family significantly influence the career selection of Public Accountants.
