| dc.description.abstract | Pondok Pesantren Yatim Hajjah Patisah is religion social institution focused in
accommodating and constructing orphan children. This institution located in the
division of Pajang-Solo and Gentan Sokoharjo, in Ngeden Rt 8 Rw 12, Gentan, Baki,
Sukoharjo Regency. The mission of his institution are making professional and
autonomous institution, preparing Qurani generation, and realizing orphan institution
as missionary endeavor center and religious service. While the aims of this institution
is educating, skills and Islamic, parenting, and taking care orphans. The aims of the
activities: (1) to know how to manage financial based on the modern accounting
system; (2) to know how PPYHP in estimating finance in order to avoid deficit; (3) to
know how PPYHP in managing finance report, so that accountability can be
accountable to public.The benefit of the activities: (1) expanding PPYHP officer’s
perception in managing finance based on the modern accounting system; (2) giving
contribution to benefactor in order knowing the ability of PPYHP officer in managing
fund and to fulfill the need institution; (3) constructing good cooperation between
officer especially in managing fund as the base of the institution life.Method used in
this research are presentation, discussion, and forum between service team and
institution officer, especially who related with institution managing problem. Result
found from these activities is: (1) improving institution officer knowledge, caretaker,
and students in managing finance based on the modern accounting system; (2)
improving institution officer knowledge about the way to find and allocate institution
fund; (3) improving knowledge and skill of institution officer and caretaker in making
good budget; (4) improving officer skill in managing good, correct, and responsible
