dc.description.abstract | The research aims at finding the characteristics of Student’s management competency
bases on quality. This ethnography research used interview, observation, and documentation for
data collection. Data were analyzed by interactive model. The results show (1) the principal and
his staffs arranged a strategy with SWOT in the beginning of the academic year, (2) Student’s
management competency was applied by using creative and independent learning method, teachers
and colleagues tutorials, unstructured and independent tasks giving, learning hour addition in
the afternoon, competition opportunity, laboratory practice, and individual approach to the
students, (3) Student’s management competency was supported by the entire school factors,
complete facilities, social relationship, and graduate transfer. | en_US |
