dc.description.abstract | To support the implementation of the newest Curriculum (KTSP) in school,
teachers have to create teaching materials which have potency to motivate students
in learning. One of them is teaching material which bases on computer. Based on this
reason, training for teacher is needed to develop their ability to make and to use
multimedia which based on computer, so that the learn process become to interests.
Steps performed in this activity is training of making Multimedia by using
Programs of Music Match Jukebox, MP3-CUTTER and VCD-CUTTER which refers
to the developed module and to apply the training result in class. Method used to
solve the problem is training, question and answer, team-work, and demonstration in
the form of workshop. The main goal of this activity is German teacher of SMA, who
gather in the group of Deliberation Learn Subject (MGMP) and IGBJI Branch Malang.
The reached result in this activity is that the teachers feel their knowledge in
the case of making instruction items with multimedia based on computer increase.
95% of participants have just got the knowledge concerning with the computer program
through this training. Constraint met in this activity is that the peripheral needed are
not available whether for making or for implementation multimedia base on computer
at school (SMA), so that reached knowledge can not be fully applied in class yet.
From the result of this activity can be suggested that improvement of teacher
interest has to be continued by relevant institution. The German teachers are expected
to be active to join relevant training to enhance their qualification. | en_US |
