dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to describe, analyse and evaluate the implementation of the
MBKM program in the Chemical Engineering Department (CED) of UMS. Based on this process,
various benefits and challenges can be mapped, so that recommendations for the implementation of
MBKM can be formulated. This research was conducted using a survey method to students, lecturers,
and staff at the CED of UMS. In addition, supporting data from the MBKM program report is also
used. The two data are then analysed, and conclusions are drawn to become the basis for
recommendations. The results showed that students and staff still did not have a good understanding
of the MBKM program, so a more massive socialization program was needed both online and offline.
Then, the MBKM internship program provides outcomes that have the potential for scientific
publications and patents. This program clearly encourages the improvement of higher education
KPIs. In fact, furthermore, the internship program can be followed up with the establishment of a
study centre to realize collaboration between the campus and the Business and Industrial World
(DUDI). | id_ID |
