PENGARUH KINERJA TIM PROYEK TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PROYEK

Project team is the one of the substance structures of construction industry to execute a project. Project team has had the unique characters. Project team’s structure organization is used in short time peroid of the project. Project team to consist of the men who have competent in their knowledge and work relationship. Effectively and efficiency of project teamwork are requirement of project’s success in the different environment. There are any factors would influence the performance of the project team. This research aims to identify influence factors of performance project team and to analyze correlation of those factors towards project’s succes. The instrument of this research was adopted from Bubshait and Farooq articles as to Team Building and Project Success. This study was explored by using quistionnaire through project managers, site managers, and project’s staff from contractors, consultants, and the owners in Semarang, Surakarta, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, and Surabaya. The Coefficient of Concordance Kendall and the Pearson’s correlation are used to analyze this study. The result of the Coefficient of Concordance Kendall analysis showed that there are five dominant factors, which influence project team’s performance. There are to make good communication among team members (1st), project team finished the project right on time (2nd), on quality (3rd), on cost (4th), and leader’s ability to motivate the team members (5th). However, the result of the Pearson’s correlation analysis showed that ability project team’s member to solved the problems, trusted one to another among project team’s member, the project team’s members, project success which have done by project team, project team who have finished the project right on time and quality, the culture’s of construction industry management, and company’s ability to analyze project risk, have significant correlation towards project success.
