dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study are to analyze the difference of work family conflict between the women who works full time and part-time, to analyze the difference of quality family life between the women who works full time and part-time and to analyze the correlation of work family conflict and quality of family life. The subjects of this study divide into four groups based on time works and the degree of education. The sampling method is convenience non random sampling and the sample is collected for 120 respondents. The analyze used multivariate analysis (ANOVA) and correlation pearson. The result of research showed there are significance work family conflict difference between women who works full time and women who works part-time. The result also shows the biggest difference work family conflict happen on groups which have full time works and the low degree with the groups which have part-time works and the high degree. The result also shows the biggest quality of family life happen on groups which have full time works and the low degree with the other groups. The next result shows the positive correlation between work family conflict with quality of family life.en_US
