dc.description.abstract | Besides road transportation, public transport in Banjarmasin is served by river transportation such as kelotok and raft. Along with time, public choice to use river public transport tends to decline because supporting facilities for this transportation becomes less popular and lose looks either from side form and also service given. The other side, the increasing of usage of road transportation generates traffic jam problem in streets. Purpose of this research is to get influence value from service factor besides travel time factor and travel cost factor in moda choice between river moda and land moda. Service factor intended is correct departure schedule and available of vehicle. To obtain a modeling of moda choice use Logit method with Stated Preference (SP) data approaching. From this research, influence of service factor at moda chice was very high besides travel time and travel cost factor. In the case of moda choice between river moda and land moda seen that service factor is most significant to increase choice probability with average value at 21% in condition of travel time difference through +/- 10 minute and travel cost Rp. 500,-. Therefore, in determining attribute of moda choice, service factor also becomes important attribute to be considered besides other attribute. | en_US |
