dc.description.abstractPengelolaan Sumberdaya Air (PSDA) pada daerah irigasi (DI) teknis, didasarkan pada debit andalan dengan faktor-K sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilannya. Adanya perubahan iklim, banyak DI sering mengalami kekeringan dan gagal panen. Keraguan terhadap efektivitas penggunanan faktor-K dalam PSDA, memberikan inspirasi perlunya kajian terhadap pemakaian ambang batas PSDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan indeks keandalan (Ia) dan indeks kelentingan (Ik) dalam pengelolaan DI Notog, DAS Pemali. Terdapatnya sifat alami aliran mengisyaratkan bahwa tiap DI memiliki ambang batas berbeda. Konsep telah diuji-cobakan pada DI Notog, dengan Ia >=0.75 dan Ik >=0.5. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Ia >=0.75 dapat dicapai, tetapi nilai Ik >=0.5 sulit. Keadaan ini selaras dengan fenomena kekeringan yang sering dialami oleh DI Notog. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa faktor-K semata, tidak dapat menjamin hasil panen yang baik.en_US
