Abstract

In 2003 Bank BTPN status change from saving bank to commercial bank that have an impact on changes in Bank BTPN service activities. The main activities of Bank BTPN that specialized in giving service for retirees and active employee has increased with the activity of operational services to its customer, both deposit and loan. Now, Bank BTPN known as firs rate reputable medium-scale public bank and one of the bank in Indonesia with the best financial performance.
