dc.description.abstract | Study and discussion about improving the quality of national
education is mostly done through a macro approach, that is resulting
in the formulation of education policy is still too broad, abstract and
never touched concrete problems that is jutting in the field. This paper
takes different viewpoints, namely promoting the micro approach. An
attempt to describe the innovation efforts, and a way of transmission
