dc.description.abstract | Muhammadiyah prepare its cadres not only for internal purposes
of Muhammadiyah and charitable efforts, but also prepared to lead people
and nations. So the birth of cadres is not by nature, but must be processed
in cadre institutions, either through primary cadre or functional cadre
regularly and sustainable. To become a cadre of Muhammadiyah, the
people, nation, need to wash off the barriers egoism of organization to be
converted into togetherness as Muhammadiyah members. That’s what
cadres transformation is needed naturally and directly without following
the process from the beginning set by the organization.
The availability of a reliable cadre are to prevent the emergence of
jumping cadres from other Islamic movements, and make the higher
bargaining of Muhammadiyah. The existence of jumping cadres,
because the Muhammadiyah has its own appeal to be entered by other
cadres. Therefore it must be multiplied with Baitul Arqom and Darul
